Various Clients – Proofreading
Unless you’re the kind of person who tenses up each time you see a typo, proofreading might seem like a mind-numbing task. For better or worse, Nicole’s the kind of person who just can’t help noticing errors everywhere she looks. This attention to detail is necessary for a professional proofreader (but it sure is annoying when she’s trying to relax with a paperback). As a full-time proofreader and copy editor at Yamamoto Moss, Nicole pored over everything marketing, including these annual reports and Royal Caribbean destination planners. Sound boring? Perhaps. But if you were the stockholder seeing a misplaced decimal point or the cruise guest discovering suite 201 really doesn’t have an ocean view, you’d care too. Some of Nicole’s recent proofreading projects include a serious of brochures for Metropolitan Health Plan and retail binders for Vera Bradley.
